اهلا عليا الرقيقه 🥰 العصبية ده سلوك ناتج عن الغضب ( شعور ) واحيانا بيكون شخصيات كانت حملوله وصبوره وبعد مرور بضغوط كتير بقيت حساسه جدا وبتعصب بشكل كبير وع مقولتك خلفى ضيق الحقيقه ان ليها اسباب منها ضغوط العمل Burnout psicologico أو ضغوط فى اسرتى وعايلتى أو علاقات عاطفيه وهما بيك ن ظاهر شعور الغضب ع السطح من خلال السلوكيات انما ف عمق ده ربما الخوف والحزن والخذلان وربما الم الفقد سواء (وفاة حد عزيز ، حيوان ، هجر ،طلاق) كمان ممكن ترومان صغيره اتعودت عليها ومبتكلمش فيها وهى سبب كبير وبيظهر ده ع سلوكنا هو الموضوع ليه جوانب وتفاصيل اكتر والسؤال بشكل عام جاوبت عليه التفاصيل اكتر بتتحدد لما بنتكلم فون ف اللايف بيساعد اكتر اسئله وانا مهتمه اساعدك ف مهارات العلاقات الفعاله والتعبير عن المشاعر بشكل فعال وتجاوز المحن بيقظه وبوعى دمتى بخير وود واستقرار 🥰 بدعيلك حبوبتى

اهلا بيكي يا حلوة النوم المفرط أحد أعراض الاكتئاب لكنه مش العرض الوحيد في اضطرابات تانية النوم بيكون أحد أعراضها سواء اضطرابات نفسية أو أمراض عضوية وفي اضطرابات نفسية أصلا خاصة بالنوم أشجعك تزوري طبيب باطنة تتطمنس على صحتك البدنية وتعالي نتكلم اكتر في مكالمة على اللايڤ او استشارة مجانية من الساعة ١٢-٥ على ال community بتاعتي "نفسيتك بالدنيا" دمتي جميلة❤️

I dont think it is normal. And i think u should have a proper convo with him
It's okay to re evaluate the relationship when It's not fulfilling for you. Try communicating first and then if you don't see changes still maybe it's time to re evaluate.
