My friends have all gone vegan and they are forcing me to do the same. And I am kind of liking the changes. How can I inculcate more vegan options in my diet??

Explore plant-based proteins like tofu, lentils, and chickpeas. Replace dairy with alternatives like almond or soy milk. Experiment with colorful fruits, vegetables, and grains for diverse nutrients. Try vegan versions of your favorite dishes or explore new recipes online for inspiration.

Experiment with plant-based recipes, explore vegan substitutes for your favorite foods, gradually replace animal products with plant-based alternatives, and get creative with fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, and nuts.

Hi there, I hope you are well. Here's how you can incorporate more vegan options in your diet. - Since, you are planning to switch to veganism, you can start replacing dairy and dairy products with Almond milk, soy milk, tofu, cashew cheese, coconut milk, and coconut yogurt. - To replace meat, you can opt for mock meat options which are ideally made out of soy. Tempeh is another great option which has a similar texture to meat. You can also have soy chunks of nuggets and prepare it in different ways. - You can include fresh fruits, vegetables especially green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits, bell-peppers, sweet potato, okra, , etc. - To get enough protein, include beans, lentils, dairy replacements as mentioned above, nuts, seeds, mushroom and sprouts. - You can also opt for fortified foods especially the ones that have Vitamin D, and Vitamin B12. I hope this helps :) Take care, and all the best.
