Check for the triggers and patterns for the mood swings. Mood swings greatly need to be dealt patiently. Relaxing techniques and engagment in happy activities together are going to benefit at the first go. Happy works can be as small as laughing out together , cooking a meal , walks in open .. Or like shopping out .. Window shopping . Going to his favourite place or meeting his best friend. Gift him something small. Appreciate with words Show some care through actions and touch. Listen appreciate to his future plans. You have to find out which way works out the best. PS : every individual n situation is unique. Three are all general solutions. You which one works the best for you. Share your smiles 😊

I did experience the same situation what I use to do nowadays is that I give instructions to my mind that the present situation is not in my control as we can not go in someone's mind and change their mood so please remain balanced, and calm ...These moments will go eventually.... it's ok , it's normal... moodchange is normal ... Try these because only we have the power to control our mind and train it... Try for atleast 21 days
