if oxytocin is less in the body ( the hormone that helps with bonding with people) lower level of these hormones can make you feel lonely and high levels of stress hormone that is cortisol causes more stress and tiredness. when estrogen is fluctuating the mood swings can also happen. join my live on Monday -8am -10am or 8pm-10pm

How to control mood swings or overcome mood controlling our day to day activities?
