I am a Certified Access Bars facilitator, Rhythm and Earth Drum circle facilitator , Tarot reader, Healer. I have been in the field of healing and wellness since 10 years. I teach Access Bars classes and offer personal sessions which include counselling using tools of Access Consciousness. My target is to empower people in the ways that they are willing to receive and truly change their lives.
i applied to oxford for grad studies. didn’t get it. knew i overshot and nearly convinced myself that i wouldn’t get in anyway. it was just a trick shot and it didn’t work. but it still somehow feels like shit. idk my productivity hasn’t been great lately and this just hits the nail in the coffin. how do i even pick myself up. i need to still finish some applications and have no motivation to even start. im so lost about my future. i will still be doing my masters but at my backup university. and i know im better than that. i also feel like im gonna be seen as less if i continue where im studying now instead of trying for a more esteemed institution. how do i even move forward??
As far as I know, you can transfer your credits to the University of your choice by performing great at the current one. If Oxford is really where you want to be, then keep going for it. Just check with yourself, why Oxford - is it your dream or someone else’s ? That will give you some clarity.

im in my early 20, and after moving out from home, i am now working two jobs, applying for masters and helping out in my family business. Even after all this, i rarely recieve any appreciation from my family and especially my dad, who keeps going on about how i’m “not doing enough” and how i’m “always procastinating”. it’s really hard keeping up with everything and maintaining a social life and remaining mentally sane. what more can i do to get some kind of approval or appreciation or even just get my efforts recognised? My dad has always expected the most out of me and i don’t think i can deliver anymore.. @Natasha Singh

What if you start being kind to yourself first? Like once a day jot down 5 things you are grateful for about You. Gratitude kills judgments but first we need to start with ourselves. Besides this, you can try saying this : ‘All of life comes to me with ease, joy and glory.’ This is the Access Consciousness mantra which I use everyday and it helps change the energy of whatever is going on in my life.

What if you looked at everything they say as interesting point of view? To any comment that comes at you, say in your mind ‘ Interesting point of view, they have this point of view’ a few times until the charge on that comment lightens up.
