Surround yourself with people who like you. The more my friends like me, the more confident I am. This is because I assume others will like me too. If I'm liked by most people I hang around, it's easy to write off the haters. If I surround myself with people who exclude me, I'll start to believe I can't socialize. While people who hate you have past karmic ties. To boost social confidence, stick with friends who appreciate you. Feeling liked by them helps you believe others will like you too. If you're around inclusive people, it's easier to ignore negativity. Avoid those who make you feel excluded to build confidence in socializing.

Calls home become bittersweet reminders of what you’re missing—birthdays, weddings, and the comfort of loved ones. The emotional burden grows heavier with every milestone missed. 💬 “Bas thoda aur time” (Just a little more time), we say to family, convincing ourselves and them that the sacrifices are worth it. But the emotional toll of being far from home begins to creep in. The Loneliness of Distance Many Indians face a deep sense of isolation abroad.
