Mesela çok güzel bir yemek yediğim zaman gerçekten haz aldığımı hissediyorum☺️ ayrıca canım çok istediği zaman ve eşimle aynı ruhu yakalayabildiğimiz anlarda da haz duygum yüksek oluyor☺️ ama bunlar çok ender yakalanan anlar yani ne bileyim 6 ayda 1 gibi😅 bilmiyorum ya da bende durum bu arkadaslar djsjsjjsdjjs

Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. If you are introvert, that might be your way of recharging. It's okay as long as it doesn't affect you emotionally. I would say, atleast having a support system and spending time with them once a week is important. And it would also be better if you go out for walk or gym or grocery store for 30 mins a day even by yourself is okay. But that's good for your mental health.
