Honestly, deep down, I just don't feel like I deserve happiness. Have you ever felt like that? How do I break free from this feeling and actually believe I can have good things in my life? Because right now, it just feels like I'm always setting myself up for disappointment.

Hello , We humans sometimes start practising irrational beliefs, which are of 4 types the thought patterns you are facing is called self depreciation where we depriciate our own worth .
