Hi there, I hope you are well. Yes, changing your diet can definitely help with respect to hair loss. The hair loss can also be associated with perimenopause ( a phase before menopause) , and can also be caused due to certain deficiencies. - I'd suggest you to get your Iron, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, thyroid levels checked. Here's what you can do with respect to the diet. - Include enough protein in the diet. Beans, lentils, lean meat, eggs, nuts, seeds, eggs, dairy and dairy products are good sources. Protein is necessary for hair growth. - Add foods rich in Iron such as green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, amaranth, ragi, dates, and anjeer to the diet. - Add dairy and dairy products, and lean meat to the diet for enough B12. - Keep your digestion healthy by adding enough fibre to the diet. - Drink enough water. - Nutrients like biotin, zinc, vitamin A, omega 3 fatty, vitamin C are important as well. Citrus fruits, sweet potato, carrots, nuts, fatty fish, pumpkin seeds, are good 😊
