Mindtemple was founded by Dr Anjali Chhabria, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist by profession, who has been practising in the field of psychiatry for the last twenty-five years.Mindtemple has been helping individuals from different walks of life, emotional fitness being one of its main objectives.The offset of Mindtemple also includes: The Mindtemple Institute of Behavioral Sciences (MIBS) that provides holistic solutions for workplace and educational institutes’ mental health well-being across the globe. Each time you find yourself getting into the loop of overthinking tell your “noted” saying breaks the loop. No one is coming to save any of us. Our loved ones will always be there for us, walk the path with us. They can walk for us. We have to put our act together slowly steadily.

Myself Aparna Gandotra and I am oracle and tarot reader. so basically I am also belonged to a very basic family but some how I faced alot of betrayal in my friendship and in relationship.
