Hello @rupal_sidh I've successfully learned how to do crow pose, and now I'm eager to progress to headstand. However, I want to ensure that I develop the necessary strength to avoid injury during the transition. Which specific areas of my body should I focus on strengthening to prepare for headstand? My ultimate goal is to smoothly transition into headstand from a wide-legged forward fold. Seek advice

To prepare for headstand, focus on strengthening your core, shoulders, and upper back. These areas will provide stability and support during the transition.
