Nah, kalau mau bikin badan oke tanpa harus nongkrong di gym, coba deh tips ini: Pilih olahraga yang lo suka, kayak lari pagi, jalan cepat, atau latihan kardio di rumah. Gabungin latihan kekuatan, kayak push-up, sit-up, dan plank, bisa dilakuin di rumah tanpa peralatan. Jaga pola makan sehat dan seimbang, biar hasilnya makin maksimal. Sisihkan waktu setiap hari, minimal 30 menit buat gerak tubuh, no excuses! Yuk, mulai dari sekarang, sis!
