Hey there. I am a working mok and it's been a difficult ride to balance between my job and kids. But the kids are turning out fine and I've been progressing in my job but the only area I can't concentrate is myself. I just can't find time for self care or minimal skincare at night. No spas and treatments. And it's really getting monotonous. How can I manage this into my schedule? @MindsetbyMeenal

Hey beautiful Mom Be happy you are able to manage your work and family, able to give time to your kids. Your problem is monotony... and me time. Try and wake up early by 30 or 60 mins. Exercise and meditate.. This will help you understand yourself, introspect. During your worktine take some time off as and when possible and listen to music Eat the right food, fruits, drink adequate water this should take care of skin . Try and panper yourself once a month or once in two months as convenient... when your kids have holiday and your husband can take care of them! Start with this and gradually you will see the changes Cheers

Hi there, I hope you are well. The skin can age faster due to various reasons including the kind of diet you consume. Some reasons can be as follows - - Alcohol intake - Smoking - Don't sleeping well - Stress - Eating a diet with ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods. - Sugar consumption - Not drinking enough water. - Not applying sunscreen. - Digestive issues - Not exercising - Chronic conditions or health issues. How can you minimize it with the diet ? - Include fresh fruits, and vegetables to your diet. - Add nuts, seeds, fatty fish, avocado to the diet to reduce any inflammation. - Eat wholesome meals that are home-cooked, and avoid outside meals. - Keep a tab on your salt, sugar, and oil intake. - Incorporate enough protein to the diet in the form of lean meat, beans lentils, nuts, seeds, yogurt,etc. - Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water/day. - Avoid ultra processed, packaged, and refined foods. - Get good sleep, & stress less.
