I wash my hands at least 15 times a day for no reason. That doesn’t include when I use the restroom. What’s wrong with me and how can I fix this? @Careertherapiet

It sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), particularly regarding excessive hand washing. It's essential to consult with a mental health professional, such as a therapist or psychiatrist, who can provide a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment options. Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and medication are common treatments for OCD. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques and finding healthy coping mechanisms may also be beneficial.

It's a disorder called OCD. You can get it treated by a doctor and can change your habits overtime for a better lifestyle 💕

Hey there. I am a working mok and it's been a difficult ride to balance between my job and kids.
