I wash my hands at least 15 times a day for no reason. That doesn’t include when I use the restroom. What’s wrong with me and how can I fix this? @Careertherapiet

It's a disorder called OCD. You can get it treated by a doctor and can change your habits overtime for a better lifestyle 💕

Hey there. I am a working mok and it's been a difficult ride to balance between my job and kids. Hey beautiful Mom Be happy you are able to manage your work and family, able to give time to your kids. Your problem is monotony... and me time. Try and wake up early by 30 or 60 mins. Exercise and meditate.. This will help you understand yourself, introspect. During your worktine take some time off as and when possible and listen to music Eat the right food, fruits, drink adequate water this should take care of skin . Try and panper yourself once a month or once in two months as convenient... when your kids have holiday and your husband can take care of them! Start with this and gradually you will see the changes Cheers
