Hi Hina, I hope you are well. I'd suggest that you begin meditating at least twice a daily. You can meditate on waking up for 10-15mins...this will calm you down and motivate you to do better. Write down your goals, and even ways in which you can achieve these goals. You can do different types of workouts- like weight training one day, zumba next day, yoga, body weight exercising on one day...and so on. Some days you can simply stretch your body, and go for a normal walk :) Make your workouts fun, and you'll stay motivated, forever 💪

Agree with @Lift with Tam Tam cz fitness & hence ur weight has a holistic approach, eating enough & right to nourish ur body , exercising daily atleast 5 times a week for the metabolic boost , sleeping well , emotional & mental health play a huge role & self love and daily…. It may sound boring but me trust repetition is ur super power !!!
