My way of tracking and managing my mood is adopting mindful practices and maintaining a mood journal on a daily basis so that I can apply self care practices when required.

I would say, for my it's the mood tracker. I made it myself and customised it to my needs. At the end of the month, I review and understand my emotions.

عندك حق ده فعلاً صعب بس مع مجموعة من المهارات بيتم التدريب عليها بتقدري تتحكمي في انفعالاتك وتخففي حدتها في اسرع وقت عشان تقدري تاخدي قرارات حكيمه
فعلا الإنسان مش لازم ياخد قرار وهو قلقان بزيادة على أد ما الموضوع صعب لأننا احيانا كتير بنضطر ناخد قرار بغض النظر عن حالتنا النفسية إلا إن عواقب القرار بعد كدا ممكن تبقى أصعب بكتير مما تخيلنا.

Sure! You can. When you are dealing with such kind of issues which are not related with past then there are respective therapies for it. or otherwise instead of counselling you can go for coaching.It all depends upon the kind of issue you are dealing with.
