after learning such things we learn the depth our behaviour better and start efficient work on it after doing mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques on daily basis cure not only respiratory functions also purifies body and mind... we starts doing small tasks and this will leads overall growth of us spiritually, psychologically, physically, socially.. making us more clear and solution oriented🙏🧖♀️

When we do these kind of practices, that time if we are suffering from a trauma or anxiety, firstly if we are doing this in a regular basis they really help us for being calm when we reach a certain position where our thoughts become null then the real journey begins from here after that gradually we understand what is wrong with us, where and why the things were not working in our favour and when we understand so by the of these practices we also found the solution of all kinds of problems because the main problem is now-a-days we don't understand the root cause of problem and mindfull practices helps us to getting it and after getting it it will be very easy to find the solution.👍👍👍
