My friends straight up don't listen to me when I'm venting or sharing my problems. They zone out, change the subject, or give shitty advice that shows they weren't even paying attention. It's pissing me off feeling dismissed like that by people who are supposed to be my girls. How do I get through to them and make them actually hear me out without invalidating how I feel?
Its better to stay with less friends then the friends who dont value your feelings, nevertheless, confrontation of how you feel can also help to either break off or bring you closer
Just go and have a straightforward conversation with them. Just vent out everything to them about how you have been feeling. If they are your true friends then they will definitely understand you.

I also have no friends in my primary school but that okay u should spend your self time and u have lots of time to follow your passion. But you should not restrict yourself, try to join clud etc where you find genuine friends. hope you got it😊

Mental well-being or mental health would mean you are able to conduct you routine without creating negative thoughts feeling etc.. if the activity you do or the interaction you have is creating any kind of upheaval means your mental health issues disturbed. Hey there, hope you're doing well. Navigating confrontations in friendships can be tricky but you'll need to recognize signs of invalidation or even disrespect to know if the friendship is worth maintaining. Try having an open communication with your friend in case there are communication issues but if you still don't feel validated, then you need to realise that it might not be beneficial to you to stay in that relationship. You can set boundaries and let them know what behavior of theirs is unacceptable to you. Self care should be a priority even in case of friendships. You can also talk to a therapist who can help you with assertiveness and boundary setting.

hi. you have to learn to say no. remember, everything in this world is dispensible and we can be replaced n also we too can replace someone. be confident n self assured. know that what you deliver, the way your deliver can't be done by others but for this you have to be one of the best at what you do n to be one of the best you have to prepare yourself and work with focus n dedication. if you yourself aren't sure or have faith in yourself it will show n definitely others aren't going to be kind or good to you if you yourself won't be able to do it. be calm n confident but assertive, do not feel FOMO. Know that what's meant for your will make its way to you. these things will surely help you emerge strong n your inner strength will definitely show. you must find a good teacher/ instructor and start meditation or you can do traatak as well. all the best!

If that friendships is toxic, it's better to cut off that ccompletely. Just remember your mental health matters and letting of such friendship will only make you feel better later. so no need to feel guilty about it . Just tell him or her directly that i don't want to have any contact with you and it's better for both of you to part ways. You can try hopponopono prayer to forgive yourself and that person, so that this won't affect or drain you emotionally. You can check how to do it through a YouTube video for time being. There are also so many layers to it that you can do like healing from the trauma that has caused you and which might affect your future relationship if you haven't healed from it. My dear Anonymous 🙂 What is a good friend? some who shows up Every time or someone who is der when you really need someone? One thing you need to understand is you cannot make everyone happy always! So no point feeling bad or guilty about it. By doing so are you being fair to yourself? No you are being critical and judgmental which in due course will effect your self esteem . Plan your day, week in such a way that you are able to give time for people, you really care for... Life is simple and beautiful.... dint complicate it by overthinking .... Cheers
