Hi there, I hope you are well. These lifestyle changes and foods will help you in minimising the risk :) - Include fresh fruits, and vegetables to the diet for fibre ( seasonal fruits are great) - Have wholegrains and millets in the diet. - Add nuts and seeds such as almonds, walnuts, chia seeds, flaxseeds to your diet. The Omega 3 in it is cardioprotective. - Consume fish, and other lean meat. Avoid meat, red meat, meat products, and pork. - Manage your weight. - Exercise for 4-5 times daily, in a week. You can opt for a walk as well. - Avoid processed, packaged, and fried foods. - Get enough sleep, and reduce stress with the help of meditation.
