Healthy eating is one of the trends that generate the most food-related innovations in the world each year. This has been going on for a few decades and it will certainly continue to be the case for some time to come. As science continually evolves, we learn more every day about the impact of our diet on our current and future health which plays out in the food market. In fact, the very definition of a healthy diet is changing.
I often find myself binge eating or eating till my stomach hurts but it’s nearly always healthy stuff like dried cranberries, nuts, roasted murmura. Is it still bad?

Hi there, I hope you are well. I am glad that you asked this question :) Foods are foods, which is why whether it's healthy or unhealthy, you need to consume it in moderation. Overeating anything in excess can still be harmful. Say for example nuts, Nuts are to be eaten only in a certain amount, overeating the same can affect your digestion, and it can even lead to weight gain. - Have nuts once a day, either in the morning or evening ( have soaked nuts ideally to remove it's antinutrients) - Add cranberries to a bowl of porridge ( oats or daliya) or fruits once a day. - Prepare a sukhi bhel our of kurmura, and consume that as a snack in the evening :) This way your cravings will be taken care of, and you won't binge eat. I would also suggest, that avoid stocking salted, spiced, or sweetened nuts at home as these happen to be tempting :) I hope this helps. Take care.

Anything in excess be it healthy or unhealthy is not good. You should eat in required and small quantities.
