Sometimes arguments get really intense, and I’m not sure when to walk away from an argument. At what point should you step back to prevent things from getting worse? I want to avoid saying something I’ll regret but also make sure we resolve our issues. How do you find that balance?
Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. Always have conversation when you are not emotional. Give it a time, step back and come back to the conversation when you both feel at ease. Also never go without talking after an argument. Not right after but like I said, after you both are feeling okay. Hope that helps.

Is it okay to feel guilty abt questioning my long-held beliefs?? This thought is actually taking over my mental health now.
Hello there, yes why not. We all change every single day, and with that our thoughts also change, and so if at a srage you feel like some belief is not working for you now or limiting you in any way,you can definitely question it and assess it. Nothing wrong, it just means you are growing.

Sometimes life forces you to make tough decisions, even if they don't feel 100% right. I recently had to do something that felt like a bit of a moral compromise. Now I'm dealing with the consequences, and it's not easy. How do you all cope with the aftermath of a situation where you had to bend your morals a bit?
Navigating tough decisions that challenge our beliefs and morals can feel like weathering a storm, testing our resilience and integrity. I am a clinicalal psychologist and would love to help you through this. Acknowledging the whirlwind of emotions—discomfort, guilt, and conflict—that follow is crucial, alongside practicing self-compassion and understanding that dilemmas arise where values clash. Context is key; understanding the circumstances behind our choices helps us adapt and learn. Seeking lessons, taking responsibility, and engaging in self-reflection aid in personal growth and accountability. Support from trusted individuals and communities, alongside forgiveness, fosters resilience and healing. Planning for the future with clear goals and ethical guidance empowers us to navigate similar challenges with integrity and wisdom, turning tough decisions into opportunities for growth and alignment with our values. I hope this helps and I'd love to talk to you more during a live sess.

Nowadays i feel like i am an outsider amongst my friends as they do not include me in their grp conversations or activities . How can i deal with these feelings??
Hi there, hope you're doing well. feeling like an outsider among your friends can be incredibly painful and isolating. I am a clinical psychologist and I would love to help you with the situation. First of, having a cup of tea or coffee with your friends and having an open dialogue of expressing your feelings without blaming them can help. Remember to be honest but gentle. you can also find more common activities to do together to help reignite the friendship that once was. Please remember you're not alone and I can help guide you by navigating these feelings together.

I want to live a life that aligns with what I truly believe in, but honestly, it's hard sometimes. There are so many pressures and temptations out there. How do you all make sure your actions and choices reflect your core values on a daily basis?
Let me start by saying, 'Being Hard on yourself is never the path to nurture who you are'. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. If you want to follow your values, you need to be aware of your temptations and be compassionate towards yourself when that happens. Instead of setting rigid rules, set rules that are more accepting and be willing to change or resist temptations incrementally. Come on a live session with me to know more and I can answer in detail. - Consultant Psychologist

Okay, this is a big confession. I messed up and did something that goes against everything I believe in. I'm feeling super ashamed and lost. How do you pick yourself up and move forward after making a decision that contradicts your core values?
look into the situation. ask yourself why did you do it. speak to a trusted source for guidance

Recently, I have realized that the way I think or feel ant certain moral things do not align with others and that has also led to a lot of relations of mine going down the pipeline. I kind off feel off and demotivated now, but i know i shouldn’t be. How can i make myself feel better abt it??
Hi... it's okay if you have different sense of morality... because people not validating us actually doesn't matter... people who matters will stick around... however who leaves let them leave... also none of us remain motivated all the time... and that's okay. Do join my live sessions to talk more 🙂

How to be calm and have patience if someone irritates you
Hello, I can understand that there are times when you feel so irritated with the people around you, and it does feel very difficult to deal with the situation. Always remember that you have to protect your own peace, and that's the only thing that matters. So try to move away from such situations in any way possible.
Set boundaries for yourself and do not allow anyone to enter into your mental space
