Some healthy alternatives to sugar drinks can be as follows - 1) Coconut water 2)Kokum sherbet 3) Buttermilk 4) Sattu buttermilk 5) Lemon and mint water 6) Vegetable juice 7) Infused water ( add your favourite herbs, and fruits in it) 8) Fruit and yogurt smoothies 9) Coconut milk based drinks 10) Chia water I hope this helps :)Take care
