In exercises kisi ke guidance se theek se seekhen …. Phir walk kar sakte hain aur Usmein Dhalaan pe chalenge toh behatar hoga , shareer sidha rakh kar glutes aur hip engage karenge toh aur faayda hoga Khane ka khayal rakhe …. Awareness rakhein…. Ki agar kuch aapko bloat karta hai toh uska sevan kam karein …. Overeating avoid karein Ye pointers ka khayal rakhein Zaroor farak padega ….
