Weight loss se related tips main aapko de sakti hu, aur jaisi AAP ek balanced diet follow karna start kardoge aapki skin aur hair bhi acchi hojaegi. - Sabse pehle apni aahar me aapko sabzi, phal, aur wholegrains ka Sevan zarur karna hai kyunki usse fibre prapt hota hai. - Saath sath me protein aur acche fats bhi khana hai jaise ki dal, doodh, dahi, anda, chicken, macchi, aadi. In dono se blood sugar manage hoti hai aur aapka weight kamm hota hai. - Packet wala khana avoid karein aur paani piye 8-10 glass. - Nind Puri karein apni, jaise ki 7-8 ghanta nind Lena zaruri hai. - Kuch na kuch vyayaam karein, jaise ki walk hai, zumba hai, gym hai, aadi. - Apne dono meals ke saath salads la Sevan zaroor karein - Dahi zaroor karein apni meals me saath. - Namak, shakkar aur tel ka Sevan kamm rakhein :) Dhyaan rakhein apna ✨
