untuk yang gemuk punya PCOS, bisa coba nih jaga pola makan sehat dan rajin olahraga. makanan rendah karbo, tinggi serat, plus rutin cardio bisa bantu nge-regulasi hormon dan turunin berat badan. jangan lupa juga konsultasi sama dokter buat rencana yang cocok, ya!

Bagi yang punya PCOS dan badannya gendut, sebenernya jalan keluarnya ada. Gausah pusing, yang penting nih, atur pola makan dan olahraga secara konsisten. Kurangin yang manis-manis dan gorengan, lebih sering makan sayur dan buah, plus olahraga rutin, itu bisa bantu banget. Yang pasti, konsultasi sama dokter juga penting, jangan lupa, biar bisa dapat penanganan yang sesuai.
