Hi. Nutrition plays an important role in managing conditions like PCOS, fatty liver grade 1 and depression. For PCOS, focus on a balanced diet, high protein intake, limit or avoid refined carbs and sugars, increase fibre and omega 3s and stay hydrated. For fatty liver grade 1, reduce saturated fats and sugars, emphasize fruits, veggies, whole grains, and lean proteins, limit alcohol, and maintain a healthy weight. For depression, consume omega-3 rich foods, B vitamins, and magnesium, while limiting processed foods and caffeine, and stay hydrated. Incorporate these dietary changes alongside lifestyle factors like exercise, sleep, and stress management for comprehensive management
