Fostering self-love and embracing our bodies requires developing a positive outlook while questioning societal beauty norms. Focus on: Body-Positive Influences, Gratitude, Healthy Habits, Mindful Practices. Real beauty transcends outward looks; embracing your uniqueness enhances a positive self-image.

It's important to recognize that beauty comes in diverse forms. Focus on what makes you unique and celebrate your individuality. Surround yourself with positive influences, practice self-compassion, and prioritize activities that make you feel good about yourself. Embracing your own definition of beauty can help foster self-acceptance.

Shift your perspective by acknowledging that true beauty lies in self love and acceptance, not in conforming to rigid societal standards.

Social media is making me feel bad about my body. I feel like the ugliest person on the planet. My friends are having glow up. How can I learn to accept myself the way I am?
Hi :) on Social media people are just showing a little part of people’s life - mostly their happy, glamorous moments and oftentimes filled with filters. And as real as the comparison rut is, it’s also important for us to know that we are our own beautiful benchmark always. Keep taking healthy breaks from social media apps that overwhelm you and come back mindfully to things that truly make you feel more joy-filled :)

hey , I am 21 years old and now I see my self to move forward physically with someone, but for that I dont know the hygiene of my body, i doubt myself when is see in the mirror i am a little fat girl so it is very difficult for me to say yes to someone for physical intimitation. can anyone give me some tips so that i can make my self more attractive and beautiful
Being conscious about hygiene is ok, but why are you worried about being fat? Do love yourself as you are dear. If all females on earth were with zero figure, males would have lost the spark. Rather than zero figure, curves are more sexy. But your have to believe in you, love yourself and if you want to lose weight, loose it for your fitness. Start flaunting your curves openly. Because till the time you don't embrace them, how could anyone else do it?
first thing, fall in love with you. u are fat you should be happy about it, do not let other people's stupid opinions let your moral down. second thing work out not to get slim but to stay fit, include fruits, healthy diets and juices in your diet, cut down sugar, use honey as an alternative and every morning when you wake up, see yourself in the mirror and say "good morning beautiful, you gonna have an amazing day today " and lastly get intimate with whom you feel something. having sex just for fun does give you a dopamine but they give anxiety as well. so i would suggest when u start loving yourself right guy will walk into your life and then get intimate with him trust me you gonna have an amazing feeling at that time. and do not forget to love yourself okay!!!

I have never waxed my pubes and I don't know the correct method either to shave or to get waxed or use herbal powder wax,etc can someone tell me what should I do and the safest option
Anonymous-6d
sexologist recommend trimming
Hi beautiful.. Brazilian wax is The Best for pubes. Quick painfree. Neat n safest. No strips are needed for that so hustlefree as well. Next choice would be chocolate wax.its soft and gentle on skin. please avoid shaving to the max. It's easy n quick I agree, but it leaves you with skin undergrowth of hair which are super problematic later on.

The societal pressure to conform to certain beauty standards affects me. How do I navigate and cope with societal expectations related to body image? @Chaitali_Hirani_psychologist
64neha21d
marry only after you are independent. Start working from home with flexible working hours. Send your qualification in my WhatsApp number +919435110521. and ask any 18+ females to DM me.
So my question is that why do you wanna conform to the societal expectations. You look, wear and dress according to your choice and preference and not what society expects one to. Even after 10 years society will always be expecting something out of you. so just don't care about it. Do what you like.

Hey there. I am a working mok and it's been a difficult ride to balance between my job and kids. But the kids are turning out fine and I've been progressing in my job but the only area I can't concentrate is myself. I just can't find time for self care or minimal skincare at night. No spas and treatments. And it's really getting monotonous. How can I manage this into my schedule? @MindsetbyMeenal
Hey beautiful Mom Be happy you are able to manage your work and family, able to give time to your kids. Your problem is monotony... and me time. Try and wake up early by 30 or 60 mins. Exercise and meditate.. This will help you understand yourself, introspect. During your worktine take some time off as and when possible and listen to music Eat the right food, fruits, drink adequate water this should take care of skin . Try and panper yourself once a month or once in two months as convenient... when your kids have holiday and your husband can take care of them! Start with this and gradually you will see the changes Cheers

I am a mother and an educator in charter schools and ABC Youth Foundation. I host several podcast it's a huge passion of mine and I also produce I strongly feel that empathy is the glue of humanity and without it what do we have for understanding one another and being kind toward one another is what keeps Us human it's what makes it work and without it what can possibly get better you must hold on to that and remember and show it where it's needed so that people can know what it is and be able to show that same to others connecting and growing with others is within the foundations of empathy that's how the world gets better so we can understand we don't have to directly know one another we must be that change and it starts with us, we must be the change we want to see!more
