Some of my favorite superfoods are berries, leafy greens, nuts, and seeds. I add berries to things like smoothies or yogurt, mix leafy greens into salads or stir-fries, and sprinkle nuts and seeds onto oatmeal or salads. It's easy to include them in my meals and get their health benefits.
