It's been a month since Grandma passed, and everyone expects me to be a sobbing mess. But honestly, I'm furious. Angry she left, angry at the illness that took her, angry at myself for not saying goodbye properly. Is this weird? Social media posts are full of tearful tributes, but I just feel this rage. Is it okay to be mad at someone you loved who died? I need to understand these confusing emotions and find a way to express them before they explode.

Hi there, I firstly want to say that I am so sorry for your loss. Losing a loved one can never, ever be easy. Grief can manifest itself in various manners, sometimes they are even unexpected or confusing. I am a psychologist and would love to help you out with these emotions. A few things you can try to do to understand your emotions are to realise and accept that anger, is in fact a part of the grieving process. This usually stems from feeling helpless, abondon or something that is unresolved. Accept you're anger, guilt and regret but never forget to be compassionate to yourself as you are also going through a hard time. To express yourself you can try journaling your feelings, physical activities, reach out to your friends or can come talk with me. I hope you're feeling well, would love to hear from you soon.

So just sail through it having faith that God is preparing you to receive some great blessings soon.

hi there, I'm clinical psychologist and I can understand how feeling emotionally neglected in your marriage can be incredibly challenging, especially if your mental health is not being supported or understood. One advice I can give you is by start having an honest conversation with your husband expressing how you feel without blaming him. Using "i" sentences help!. reach out to your friends, family or join me for a live session for support and validation. Another crucial thing is to always engage in self-care activities that nurtures your mind, body and soul. Hi there radiant being! I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist and can hopefully help you with these issues whenever we have a chat together but till then I would love to share some tips which can help reduce some anxiety. My favourite way to reduce anxiety is the box breathing method in which you breathe in for 4 seconds. Holld the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help in sleeping problems too. Apne bhawnaye kisi trusted dost ya family member se share karein taaki aapko emotional support mil sake. Self-care pe focus karein, jaise ki achhi neend lena, accha khana aur regular exercise karna. Ek daily routine establish karein taaki aapko din mein structure aur purpose mile. Mindfulness, meditation, ya yoga practice karein stress reduce karne ke liye. Isolation avoid karein aur apne friends aur family ke saath connected rahein, chahe texts ya calls ke through ho. Stress ke sources identify karein aur unhe kam karne ki koshish karein, aur tasks ko manageable steps mein divide karein. Apni hobbies aur interests mein engage karein jo aapko khushi de sakti hain. Yaad rakhein, recovery time leti hai, isliye apne aap ke saath patient rahein aur chhoti progress ko acknowledge karein.
