I have gone through my child's death because of premature delivery. My husband is blaming me for that and taking a divorce from me. My all inlaws are against me. After marriage my husband and in laws started mentally torturing me .Nowadays I am dealing with lots of depression and stress. I am suffering sleepless nights. Please help me. How can I overcome the depression and stress caused by my husband blaming me for our child's premature death and my in-laws' mental torture, while dealing with sleepless nights and the threat of divorce?

I'm deeply sorry to hear about the immense pain and suffering you're experiencing. t’s crucial to prioritize your mental health and well-being during this incredibly time.Establish a strong support system by reaching out to friends or family members who can offer emotional support, and consult with a lawyer to understand your rights regarding the divorce and potential legal support against the mental torture.Set clear boundaries by limiting contact with people contributing to this stress and create a comforting space for yourself, focus on future, small achievable goals.Prioritize self-care by creating a calming bedtime routine to improve your sleep quality,Incorporate mindfulness meditation and relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises to manage stress.Journaling your thoughts and feelings can be therapeutic, and practicing daily gratitude can help shift your focus towards positive aspects of your life. Pl remember healing takes time and you deserve compassion. Stay strong

Hi, I am shailaja a psychologist. I am deeply sorry to hear about the loss that you have experienced. I understand the emotional distress that you are expressing right now. Firstly you need to start focussing on your mental health in this tough time. You can start by calming your mind through meditation. Even if you are able to dedicate just ten minutes it will be helpful. Secondly I want you to understand that tough times do come in phases and we just need to sail through this with strength. Even your husband is hurting somewhere and maybe he has taken such a decision. See if you can try to communicate with him alone in a calm manner support each other during this tough time. Thirdly, set a routine for yourself for our physical health too.Add a morning walk or exercise to your routine which will help in setting the tone for the day. This will also help in sleep regulation. Do reach out either in the community or join my live where we can provide more support.

There is no point in staying in a marriage where there is no love and the other person does not want to stay. Free yourself and love yourself and live for yourself.

Maybe the death of your baby is a sign that this marriage is not for you. I hope you are healed and find peace. Start with positive thinking. This may sound cliche but what you think is where life takes you. Remember that this is only today, tomorrow will be entirely a different chapter, and you don't know what blessings await you. So just sail through it having faith that God is preparing you to receive some great blessings soon.

my boss is pressurizing me to take a certification exam at my job. are there any insights on how yo deal with this? I do not feel ready to take the exam now.
Try talking to your senior and HR if possible, if you unsure about something its always better to have clear communication before hand and its better if they formally write about details of this exam on formal mail/letter

Tuning into your live session at 6 PM sounds great! Here are 7 Benefits of taking a sun bath and how it can be good for#mental health: #BenefitsofSunBaths #TarotSagePooja 1. Vitamin D Production: Sun exposure helps your body produce vitamin D, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Low levels of vitamin D have been linked to depression. 2. Improved Mood: Sunlight increases the production of serotonin, a hormone that can enhance mood and promote feelings of well-being. This can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. 3. Better Sleep: Exposure to natural light during the day helps regulate your body's circadian rhythm. This can lead to better sleep quality and duration, both of which are crucial for mental health. 4. Stress Reduction: Taking time to bask in the sun can be a relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress and anxiety levels. The warmth of sunlight can create a sense of comfort and peace. 5. Increased Mindfulness: Sunbathing encourages you to slow down and enjoy the present moment, fostering mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness can lower stress levels and improve overall mental clarity. 6. Enhanced Motivation and Energy Levels: Sunlight exposure boosts energy levels and promotes feelings of vitality, which can lead to increased motivation to engage in physical activity and social interactions. 7. Connect with Nature: Spending time outdoors in the sun helps foster a connection with nature. This connection has been shown to improve mood, reduce feelings of loneliness, and enhance overall well-being. # Conclusion Taking sun baths can have a positive impact on both physical and mental health. Remember to balance sun exposure with skin protection to avoid damage from UV rays. Enjoy your live session!

Can i live alone and be happy?? I have been feeling that my family has high expectations from me which i cannot beat because i know its just making my mental health bad. I want to move out and be happy. Can i be?? If i leave??
hey sweety, Living by yourself is a great idea, but running away from the issue IS NOT! Remember the issue will continue, in another form, if you don't sort it out. go live seperately if you wish, but do it coz it's an adventure, not coz it's helping you avoid anything. Hey @Beautysoni5267 It sounds like you're going through an incredibly painful and challenging time, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to even share your feelings here. Losing a relationship, especially when it was deeply meaningful to you, can bring a flood of emotions—grief, anger, guilt, and confusion. It’s important to recognize that what you’re feeling is valid and that healing from this kind of pain takes time. Please remember that you are not alone in this, even if it feels that way. There are people who care about you and want to help, whether it’s a professional or someone in your personal life. You deserve to feel peace and joy again, and with time and the right support, you will find your way forward.
