The ones that you mentioned can contribute. if you ever notice new stressors, it is possible to have a delay in your periods or even skip them completely. Going on a new diet, changing your diet, not having enough nutrients can also affect your menstrual health. Lack of exercise, being overweight, illness, taking medications are other factors which can affect your menstrual health.

Hey there there many factors in your daily life styles which affects periods - low fibre intake in daily diet - junk food - nutritional deficiency (consult expert) -daily sugar intake - monotonous diet -fad diet Things to do :- Have meals on time Have supplements if needed Stay hydrated Exercise daily
