Hi Aabhara, I hope you are well. As you've been suffering from gastric issues, here's what I'd like to suggest- 1) Avoid keeping large gaps in between your meals. 2) Eat small and frequent meals, avoid having heavy meals in one go 3) Avoid skipping meals. 4) Avoid having a heavy dinner. 5) Keep a gap of at least 2-3 hours in between your dinner and sleep time. 6) Avoid spicy, fried, refined, and packaged foods as these can increase your gastric issues. 7) Drink enough water on a daily basis. 8) Get good sleep. 9) Look for foods that may trigger these gastric issues and avoid them for some days. 10) Add yogurt and buttermilk the diet. 11) Include fibre but ensure to not go overboard with it . 12) Keep your protein intake moderate. 13) Please visit a doctor if it gets worse, it's best to seek advice :) I hope this helps, take care ✨
