When you think about your health, what first comes to mind? For many – if not most – of us, it’s probably our physical health. Are we eating healthy? Are we exercising regularly? Are we feeling tired? Or ill? Do our joints ache? Have we scheduled our annual check-up?All these questions are, of course, important ones to answer, but there’s another question we should be asking – another part of our health that deserves attention: how is our mental health?Our mental health has a tremendous impact on our overall health and well-being. It's normal to feel lost sometimes, especially when surrounded by successful people. Finding your purpose takes time and self-reflection. Start by exploring your interests, values, and what brings you joy. Try new things, volunteer, or seek mentorship. Having a clear purpose can provide direction and fulfillment, but it's not mandatory. It's okay to focus on personal growth and enjoy the journey without a specific destination in mind.

Everyone has a different time for their success as well as failures. It's ok to not have a goal now, but have a clear vision with want you want your life to be. You don't need to have big goals or put pressure on yourself but having a vision for your future will help you in knowing what steps you need to take. Go with the flow of life, try new things, that's how you will know what is your strength & what you like to do.
