Hey! I am Shruti Shingvi a nutritionist with a master’s in nutrition and dietetics. Healthier food habits are very bio individual. But here’s a few ways you can get started: 1. Ensure that you’re eating a variety of fruits & vegetables throughout the day for better gut health. 2. You can start adding a source of protein in every meal eg. if you’re non vegetarian- eggs, fish, lean cuts of chicken like breast and if you’re vegetarian- dairy like paneer, yogurt or rajma/ cholle/ lentils. 3.
