You can heal from anything just be the way you are it is always better to have a faith in you that body shaming is nothing but a word that has nothing to define you.

Hey Koushiki! I’m Shruti Shingvi a nutritionist with a masters in nutrition and dietetics. I completely understand how difficult it must be to be body shamed. Using nutrition as a tool to heal definitely works. Accepting your body and wanting to heal it for yourself will definitely heal your body both physically and mentally. I would recommend starting with eating more whole foods, fruits, vegetables and drinking enough water. Sleep well and working out will also help you in achieving your goals.
