Sex therapists use an assortment of evidence-based treatments to help people improve their sex lives. Most often, they use psychotherapy (commonly known as talk therapy), which involves building a talking relationship to establish and assess your feelings, thoughts and behaviors.
I'm at that point where I'm thinking about birth control, and it's a bit overwhelming. How can go about this and find a effective one that works the best for me? @Sexologist_DrKalps

Actually it depends upon your frequency of sex and/ married or unmarried. Mostly before marriage you should always insist your partner to use condom regularly. If just in case, any unexpected happens you can take Ipill. But this should not be regular practice as it will disturb your periods in future. After marriage or if you are living together and sex frequency is more, then first of all download ovulation monitoring app to know unsafe period which is usually 10-20th day of period in 30 days cycle mostly. Hear you have to either obstain or use condom. Oc pills, Copper T are the measures one can go for after one or two deliveries. Always remember hormones for longer duration are going to affect your cycles badly. So choose wisely 👍

Hi. Hope you are doing well! It totally depends on a lot of factors such a frequency of sex, financial aspects, etc. You can go for a condom as it’s cheap and not only prevents unwanted pregnancy but also STIs. If in case the condom fails, make sure you go for emergency contraception but do not take it regularly as it will have an impact on your menstrual cycle. If you want to engage more frequently into raw sex/ are having sex regularly, then you can go for the 21 day birth control pill, IUD or even the injectable shots. Take care 🩵
