I want to start get counselled for my mental health whats a good start
Hello @samridhi2842 it's a wonderful step. Most of the people have difficulty in realising and accepting the fact that they need a better insight. Now let me introduce myself to you. My name is Debolina Mondal and I am a psychologist. My live session today is from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. & 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Let's talk about what's going on in the live session

Tuning into your live session at 6 PM sounds great! Here are 7 Benefits of taking a sun bath and how it can be good for#mental health: #BenefitsofSunBaths #TarotSagePooja 1. Vitamin D Production: Sun exposure helps your body produce vitamin D, which is essential for bone health, immune function, and mood regulation. Low levels of vitamin D have been linked to depression. 2. Improved Mood: Sunlight increases the production of serotonin, a hormone that can enhance mood and promote feelings of well-being. This can help alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. 3. Better Sleep: Exposure to natural light during the day helps regulate your body's circadian rhythm. This can lead to better sleep quality and duration, both of which are crucial for mental health. 4. Stress Reduction: Taking time to bask in the sun can be a relaxing experience, helping to reduce stress and anxiety levels. The warmth of sunlight can create a sense of comfort and peace. 5. Increased Mindfulness: Sunbathing encourages you to slow down and enjoy the present moment, fostering mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness can lower stress levels and improve overall mental clarity. 6. Enhanced Motivation and Energy Levels: Sunlight exposure boosts energy levels and promotes feelings of vitality, which can lead to increased motivation to engage in physical activity and social interactions. 7. Connect with Nature: Spending time outdoors in the sun helps foster a connection with nature. This connection has been shown to improve mood, reduce feelings of loneliness, and enhance overall well-being. # Conclusion Taking sun baths can have a positive impact on both physical and mental health. Remember to balance sun exposure with skin protection to avoid damage from UV rays. Enjoy your live session!

What is the psychology behind a breakup?? Why do people do it??
Hi I hope you're doing well 💗 Breakups often stem from unmet emotional needs, incompatibilities, or changes in personal growth and priorities. Psychologically, they are influenced by factors such as communication issues, loss of trust, or a sense of being unfulfilled in the relationship. Breakups can also occur due to external stressors or unresolved personal insecurities. While painful, they can be an opportunity for self-reflection, healing, and ultimately finding healthier connections that align with one’s values and needs.

Mai kya karu?
Hey @Beautysoni5267 It sounds like you're going through an incredibly painful and challenging time, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to even share your feelings here. Losing a relationship, especially when it was deeply meaningful to you, can bring a flood of emotions—grief, anger, guilt, and confusion. It’s important to recognize that what you’re feeling is valid and that healing from this kind of pain takes time. Please remember that you are not alone in this, even if it feels that way. There are people who care about you and want to help, whether it’s a professional or someone in your personal life. You deserve to feel peace and joy again, and with time and the right support, you will find your way forward.
