Okay, this might sound crazy, but sometimes I feel like a total phony in my own life. Like I'm just playing a part and everyone else has it figured out. Is this normal, or am I just losing it? How do I stop feeling like a fake and actually embrace who I really am?

Hello , I am Riya satija a psychologist . Sometimes it happens when we see others around us we fight how sorted they are and we are just hanging in there and not able to sort things , but let me tell you everyone’s pace of growth is different. It is okay to feel this way and it is experienced by many people .
