Yes I absolutely agree.Detox does not mean only diet or screen detox but it also encompasses behaviour thinking and mind.Heal yourself see what triggers you and work on yourself.

Hi beautiful souls hope you are doing well.. Myself Aparna Gandotra and I am oracle and tarot reader. so basically I am also belonged to a very basic family but some how I faced alot of betrayal in my friendship and in relationship. From the last 5 years I am doing meditation and chakra balancing as well.
