What supplements are recommended for menopause?
You would generally need calcium and vitamin d supplements once you hit your 40s. As you grow older your calcium absorption decreases and it is very important to maintain certain calcium levels for your bone and muscle strength. Vitamin d is needed for better absorption of calcium as well as for good mood regulation. Apart from that most other supplements get prescribed based on deficiency.
Menopause means stopping of female hormones, especially Estrogen. Because it is necessary for your vagina as well as your overall health, you can take so many natural Medicines instead of taking just supplements. You may face vaginal dryness, mood swings/ emotional ups and downs and osteoporosis. Also hot flushes irritates most. Just supplements are not sufficient if these symptoms are irritating you. Then Take proper consultation with your doctor. Natural medicines are more useful in my opinion.

Is it healthy to take out some time everyday away from my husband?? Will it affect our relationship or strengthen it?
it is completely normal and healthy to want some time to yourself even when you're married. needing personal space does not mean that there is something wrong with your marriage. it just shows that you value your independence and like taking care of your well-being. taking time for your self helps you align your personal needs. manage stress, make goals for yourself and accomplish them.

How long does it take to forget a guy? Ugh, it's been ages since we broke up, but I still can't get him out of my head. How long does it usually take to forget about a guy and move on?
Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I have seen many young people having difficulty moving on from past relationships. Let me give you an analogy on how this works. Imagine a black ball inside of you, that's the pain you felt during break up. It doesn't go away. It stays but the beauty is it becomes smaller and smaller as you experience the even more beautiful things in life. And one day you won't even know that it exists because it's too small to notice. that's how trauma works. Hope I helped you and join my live to have a conversation with me.

How long does it take for a man to realize what he lost in his ex is something that he will not find anywhere, in any other women?
Hi Beautiful. Okay. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I have seen many couple's and I can see that, you really love your ex. You are a beautiful women and ofcourse he would miss to be with an amazing human. But this is something you seem to not realise, if you did, you wouldn't put yourself in such misery of waiting for him. I know it's difficult, but start by thinking that you would only allow respect, trust and love. Anything less isn't for you. I would want to talk more on this, come on a call with me on my live session. - Consultant Psychologist

What do you want him to "find" in other women? Please share. It can take a day or even months. Life goes on, people will find new people who suit their interests. Most are normally like others and it's heartbreaking to lose what you loved and cared that you obsess over other person taking those things. Relax, it will take time to get over it.

What things or actions of a women do men miss after a breakup?? What can we do to make them miss us??
Hi dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I understand you miss him and want to be with him. Instead of trying to do things, why don't you talk to him directly about your feelings. If that's something possible or he feels the same, he would respond mutually. And you both can work on the things that didn't work. But beyond that, I wouldn't suggest doing more as it might affect your emotional Health and self esteem.. I can only answer this much because I need more information on what's exactly been happening and happened. Do join my live every morning 8 am or 2 pm. or 7 pm.

I have been gaining weight recently due to my PCOS. But every time I stand in the mirror, I hate the way that i look. I know I shouldn’t feel that way, but how can i stop myself from not liking myself?
Hello there, I completely understand what you must be going through. But instead of comparing yourself to the beauty standards of the society, compare yourself with you. First assess if you are physically healthy. Then Start taking care of yourself, your grooming, your dressing. You can be beautiful and gorgeous at any weight and with any body type as long as you are confident. Do some affirmations to feel beautiful and confident
Hi beautiful, I hope you are doing well. -Weight gain in PCOS is primarily seen due to insulin resistance, high androgen levels and high insulin levels. -However, I have good news for you 🙂 - You can live a healthy lifestyle even with PCOS, and you can lose weight in a healthier manner as well. - All you need to do is focus on your well-being. - Not everyone on Instagram has a perfect body and there are various applications that are used to morph one's appearance. - Hence, start my bringing in small changes in your lifestyle. - Workout for 20-30mins everyday. Begin with home-workouts. - Eat enough fibre, and protein in the diet. - Add salads to both your meals, and have yogurt/buttermilk twice a day. - Avoid packaged, ultra-processed, and refined foods. - Eat your favourite foods once in a while. - Go for a walk, take up a new hobby, focus on your health and on improving your health. - Don't focus on a perfect body, none of us are perfect ✨ you can book a one-one consultation with me.

ultrasound karwaye phle usse pta chalega and plz koi uterus remove karne ke liye bole to mat kijiye ga ye problem time ke sath theek ho jaati hai Mane bhi ye problem jhali hai if you are comfortable then talk to me
Hi there, I hope you are well. It's best to consult a gynecologist at this stage because you may need to go through some blood tests and only then the cause can be ascertained. Hence, please visit a doctor at the earliest:) Take care.

I am a mother and an educator in charter schools and ABC Youth Foundation. I host several podcast it's a huge passion of mine and I also produce I strongly feel that empathy is the glue of humanity and without it what do we have for understanding one another and being kind toward one another is what keeps Us human it's what makes it work and without it what can possibly get better you must hold on to that and remember and show it where it's needed so that people can know what it is and be able to show that same to others connecting and growing with others is within the foundations of empathy that's how the world gets better so we can understand we don't have to directly know one another we must be that change and it starts with us, we must be the change we want to see!more
