Hi there radiant being! I am so sorry to hear that you are dealing with anxiety. I am a clinical psychologist and can hopefully help you with these issues whenever we have a chat together but till then I would love to share some tips which can help reduce some anxiety. My favourite way to reduce anxiety is the box breathing method in which you breathe in for 4 seconds. Holld the breath for 7 seconds and exhale for 8 seconds. This can help in sleeping problems too. Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. If you are introvert, that might be your way of recharging. It's okay as long as it doesn't affect you emotionally. I would say, atleast having a support system and spending time with them once a week is important. And it would also be better if you go out for walk or gym or grocery store for 30 mins a day even by yourself is okay. But that's good for your mental health.

One advice I can give you is by start having an honest conversation with your husband expressing how you feel without blaming him. Hi there! Hope you're keeping well. stonewalling is not inherently a sign of narcissism while it is a tatic used by individual with narcissistic traits. It's more commonly associated with poor conflict resolution. Addressing this problem by recognizing the pattern is the first step in conflict resolution. The second is to express yourself by using " I" sentences this tends to prioritize your own feelings first and also takes away the feeling of being blamed by our partners. But that also not make you feel less of a person as it seems to stem from your anxiety and insecurity.
