Hello @NutritionistHudaShaikh I've been feeling really discouraged by my frequent skin breakouts. Can you suggest any foods or nutrients that might help me achieve clearer skin and a more radiant complexion?

Hi there, I hope you are well. Frequent Skin breakouts can ideally happen due to a poor guy health( can lead to inflammation), hormonal imbalance, and blood sugar imbalance. So, in order to get all of this in order- here's what you can do. ✅ Include enough fibre in your meals along with protein as it is important for your skin. Avoid consumption of Excessive meat. ✅ Include Probiotic rich foods such as yogurt, kimchi, kombucha, miso, etc. ✅Avoid refined products especially maida, and maida based products as it can lead to blood sugar spikes as well as insulin spikes. ✅ Eat fresh fruits and vegetables for antioxidants. ✅ Drink enough water. ✅Stay away from stress, stress can lead to high levels of cortisol ultimately impacting your blood sugar levels. ✅ Keep your phone clean ( as bacteria are likely to thrive on it, which can eventually cause acne) ✅ Sleep well, and keep your sleep routine steady throughout the weak. ✅Keep a tab on your sugar and salt intake. Do see a doc as well :)
