Hello! I’m Shruti Shingvi a nutritionist with a masters in nutrition & dietetics. I’ve realised while consulting clients that it’s very difficult to make separate meals for people following a diet. I completely understand your point and would recommend you tell your dietitian your current diet and ask her to tweak that itself so you won’t have to completely change your daily diet.
