I don't understand why I can't sleep well. Sometimes, I only take naps, and then I stay up all night. Can you recommend any foods or drinks that might help me sleep better and feel more rested? @NutritionistHudaShaikh

Hi there I hope you are well. If you aren't able to sleep well.. here could be some reasons- 1) You are eating heavy meals before bedtime. 2) You use gadgets before going off to sleep. 3) You end up having sensitive conversations before sleep. 4) You are taking longer afternoon naps. 5) You have some stressors which get triggered, and you end up thinking about it often. 6) You have more caffeine towards evening and night. Here are a few foods to help you sleep better - 1) I cup of chamomile tea before bedtime. 2) 1 cup milk with pinch of turmeric powder. 3) 1 cup of Passion flower tea 4) You can have eggs, salmon, spinach, lentils, walnuts, almonds in the day to induce better sleep. 5) Take shorter naps and meditate before going off to bed.
