Hi :) fear of failure and perfectionism is our body’s response to keep us safe… it is our mind and body protecting us from facing fear / failure / disappointments - so you can start by truly finding the safety within your mind , body and heart that you are okay and safe. Just this simple reassurance will help you feel grounded. And from this place of safety and grounded-ness start by taking baby steps, knowing this life isn’t a race but a beautiful journey for you to cultivate …. & as they say “perfectionism is a thief of joy” ❤️ this helps us understand that it’s okay to fail - and our “mess” have some beautiful messages in them! And it’s okay to be imperfect , in fact it’s so beautiful to be our own beautiful raw version of who we truly are - just the way we are!
