Lately, my skin has become an ongoing source of frustration. Despite trying various skincare products, I'm still struggling. The endless cycle of dryness and irritation is getting worse. I've reached a point where I'm eager to explore natural resources to tackle these problems. Please suggest me some organic skincare products especially for dryness? @Dr.Trupti_Raja

Hey beautiful Mom Be happy you are able to manage your work and family, able to give time to your kids. Your problem is monotony... and me time. Try and wake up early by 30 or 60 mins. Exercise and meditate.. This will help you understand yourself, introspect. During your worktine take some time off as and when possible and listen to music Eat the right food, fruits, drink adequate water this should take care of skin . Try and panper yourself once a month or once in two months as convenient... when your kids have holiday and your husband can take care of them! Start with this and gradually you will see the changes Cheers
