Imposter syndrome comes when people have always doubted our potential and we always have fear of loosing, what you first need is more trust and confidence in your capabilities, have a list of strengths and your weaknesses and which areas you wish to work on and also areas you are confident about, You can also do activity name as “Juari window”

Hello Dear. I'm a Consultant Psychologist and Sexual Health Expert. I understand feeling like an imposter is a common symptom among people who are achievement oriented. You are right about celebrating small achievements and building confidence. Most importantly I would say, to work on the thought you have that, 'you are good enough only if you achieve'. You need to work on the negative inner voice. I would suggest coming for a consultation. I come online at 12 pm, 6pm and 8pm. Do come and talk to me. Hope this helps.
