Redefining Mornings with Biohacking 🌟🌅 In my 20s, I believed I was a night owl, but my journey into biohacking for longevity and age reversal changed everything. Now, I love my morning ritual as the foundation of my day. I Wake up at 6:30 AM to savor the quiet before the day's hustle. It lets me start the day right and soak in the oxytocin with my doggy babies. 1st: 💧 My day starts with 3-4 glasses of water mixed with a pinch of Himalayan salt - a decade-long practice to detoxify and hydrate 💦 It replenishes the lost electrolytes, hydrates, and kickstarts the system. Personally, it is a big help in regular bowel movements. 2nd: 🥑 'Fat First' with IF: I add 5gm of A2 organic Bilona ghee in my black coffee. It's not just about the energy; it's about clarity and keeping my blood sugar stable. Plus, it's a fantastic pre-workout boost ☕️💪 The basic idea is that our bodies burn fat for energy when carbohydrates are not readily available. 🌞 This ritual is clubbed with soaking in 15-20 minutes of morning sunlight - a research-backed way to wake up your body and mind and reset your circadian rhythm.
