Redefining Mornings with Biohacking ๐๐ In my 20s, I believed I was a night owl, but my journey into biohacking for longevity and age reversal changed everything. Now, I love my morning ritual as the foundation of my day. I Wake up at 6:30 AM to savor the quiet before the day's hustle. It lets me start the day right and soak in the oxytocin with my doggy babies. 1st: ๐ง My day starts with 3-4 glasses of water mixed with a pinch of Himalayan salt - a decade-long practice to detoxify and hydrate ๐ฆ It replenishes the lost electrolytes, hydrates, and kickstarts the system.
