kalau anxiety nggak ditangani, bisa bikin masalah mental makin parah, kayak depresi, gangguan tidur, sampe performa kerja juga bisa terganggu banget. jadi, penting banget nih buat nanganin anxiety sebelum makin serius.

kalo anxiety nggak ditangani, bisa bikin lo kerepotan banget, bisa sampe ganggu aktivitas sehari-hari lo. mungkin juga berdampak ke kesehatan mental lo jadi makin parah, bahkan bisa bikin depresi. jadi, penting banget buat cari bantuan dan atasi anxiety secepatnya, sis.
